I don't know that amp, but it may be a vacuum relay made by Jennings 
or Kilovac. Check the schematic/parts list. A company called Gigavac 
makes replacements for both, and sells them to hams at a nice 
discount. I've bought several for my Ten Tec amps, and so far am 
happy. None of them has been installed long enough to be considered 
a serious life test. 

On the advice of another Teh Tec amp owner, I've also bought 
Jennings RJ1A pulls from a ham in WI. They're allegedly like new. 
One that I installed a year or so ago is still running fine. I work 
99% CW, run QSK all the time, and do a lot of contesting.
