Offering to the contester/DX'er a "one call,one contact" 1200W output (100w
drive)(500w 25w) dedicated 6m amplifier. Custom configured completely self
contained in a small footprint,metered,Drake L4B enclosure. A high volume
blower/chimney cools a single full output Eimac 3-500 w/3500VDC plate voltage.
A front panel controlled variable tuned input for a perfect 1:1 SWR exciter
match. Rear pinouts monitor filament volts. A hvy/dty 24VDC negative ground
antenna relay is compatible with any solid state exciter. The power "On" switch
incorporates a step start sequence to protect from voltage surge. HD doubler
plate xmfr includes a 10 capacitor/bleeder PC board. Tank circuit is extremely
broadbanded. Tuning is non- critical because of complementary components.
