[Amps] INTERFACING IC-746 with Amp Supply LA-1000 amp

I have an LA-1000 amp I want to use with my IC-746.  I have looked at both
AMP and RADIO manuals and know I have to hook up the 'SEND' line between the
two units - I want to ensure I have the proper polarity of the line I am
using.  Neither manual gives me a pin out.  Any help would be appreciated.
