I am going to look at a TL-922 very soon, as a temp replacement for my Henry
while its in the shop. I have no history on this amp except it has been
idle for a year or more.
How is this amp keyed?
I need to know what to look for in this amp to spot abuse, misuse, crappy
mods, etc.
Should I plug it in asap? I have never operated a tl-922 does it have any
odities or bad chacteristics that I need to watch for?
How would you test this amp if you were the perspective purchaser?
The price is right so even if it is inoperative I can't get hurt.
