yeah, you all are right, i did not mistype but failed to type. My 
problem is that i think faster than i type. I am an Army MARS type and 
of course, we have access to about 80+ freqs outside the Ham bands with 
power up to 500W if necessary.

anyway, our alternate freq as stated, is at 90m.. almost exactly and we 
have to use that for our 1900local nets because critical freq just seems 
to drop into the 3s and too often into the mid 2s. in fact, we just 
might have to start cutting longer dipoles if the information on the 
slowing of the solar equatorial conveyor belt proves out. that means 
that what we are having now in our Cycle 23? minimums is going to get 
worse in Cycle 24 and we don't want to talk about Cy 25.

I am really surprised that this NASA announcement is not getting more
