Have you looked at what's on offer from Diode Comms ? I'm afraid I know
nothing about them, good or bad.
If you can find one second-hand, my h/b 2m amplifier uses a transformer from
GHP (Gordon High Precision). Almost 20 years old, but an absolute cracker.

A quick question about transformers. Who/where in the UK will wind a high
voltage transformer suitable for a decent amplifier. The company I've used
before are limited in size (for some reason?)
