[Amps] Yokogawa medical amp

Hello:
     I have a Yokogawa P9306UA  Medical Systems Amp that I am going to convert 
to 6m. Much of the control wiring has been cut and the control power supply 
board has been removed. Does anyone have any documentation for this amp? It 
would save a lot of time.
