There's a schematic for a RF-103 on the Boatanchors Archive.

There may be some common elements circuits used between
that and your RF-101 such as the power supply and the
RF deck with the exception that the RF-103 uses a 3-1000Z
instead of the 3-400s in the RF-101.
I have an RF-104 and the RF deck is identical to the RF-103. I've
also seen the inside of a RF-102 and the RF deck and power supply
look very similar to the RF-104/103.
Good luck with the new acquisition - they're mighty fine
amplifiers.
