Those and C Clips require a groove in the form, not something usually found
on ceramic.
I was thinking of the brass strap that will snap over a form of any material
and stay reasonably in place until pushed; it is not a complete turn. That
was used on several OEM amp chokes. Ive made mine from scrap spring brass I
picked up at a metal scrap dealers.
B&W drilled/molded ?? a small hole in one side of the ceramic for for their
800 series chokes and force fit a piece of tinned wire. Thats a nice
solution if you have the means to drill ceramic.
