[Amps] LK 500 ZA on 17 meters

Hello group...
I have completed all repairs on the tank circuit of my LK 500 ZA. Thanks for 
all the input from the group, it really made the repair a success.
 
I tried loading the LK on 17 meters, using the manuals recommendations, and it 
would not load. 
 
Has anyone else had this problem?
