Thanks to all who replied on & off the list.

I have a good collection of inductor winding & design applications. One
that stands out is COIL by Brian Beezley K6STI. Just wound my first
inductor using it, and its pretty accurate!

The inductor is made from 8mm diamter copper pipe, mounted on 50 year
old Eddystone Ceramic insulators. Working really well !

Thanks again.

Subject: Inductor Software?

Hi all

Does anyone know of a piece of software that I can use to calculate /
design inductors. (Specifically the gauge of conductor is the issue, as
I plan on using 6 or 8 mm diameter copper pipe). The inductors will be
carrying High Voltage, and a typical example of use will be a matching
unit for a Bob Tail Curtain.

Replies off list please.

Apologies for the bandwidth.

Regards

Adrian MW1LCR
