After reading the thread about this tube, which I've never used and frankly 
never even seen, I just "had to" find out how much it cost.

It's $966 (yikes) direct from Eimac.  They also quoted lead time of "18 weeks." 
   I can buy 5-1/2 3-500ZGs for that.   And the 1/2 a tube might come in handy 
for spare parts.
