Hi Steve,

I suggest looking to see if there is a local PCB fabrication shop in your 
area.  If there is, ask to talk to their production manager.  They probably 
will let you have a bunch of scrap/cutoffs.  It's a win-win for them as they 
don't have to pay a scrap dealer to recycle and haul it away.  Tell them you 
want some FR-4/G-10 material.

A Google search would probably work well.
