network analyzer, especially in a multiband amplifier until it's too late!"

The fact that a network analyzer may be needed to analyze all the issues does 
not mean it should not be done.  It only means that a network analyzer should 
be used in evaluating whether it is feasible.  It might give someone an excuse 
to acquire a network analyzer.
