It looks like some varia tion of a 4-1000A. The metal base ring appears to
have oval vent holes, whereas the 4-400, 4-250, and 4-125 had round vent
holes. Its not a 3-400Z, 3-500Z, or 3-1000 becase they do not have the metal
base ring .
If a 4-1000A variation it will have a glass envelope of about 5.25 inches, be
about 9.25 high overall, and the pins will be about 0.375 diameter, and the
metal base ring is about 4.625 diameter.
