Dr. Barry,

I have converted 20 + Henry Plasma Generators to single-phase with great
results. Fortunately, only the HV transformer was 3-phase, so it was fairly
easy. When you convert the existing choke-input scheme to FWB and capacitor
input, you actually gain a few volts in the process. The center winding on
the transformer is disconnected and unused; the two outer winding primaries
are connected in parallel, observing correct phase, and a step-start is
added.

Cheers,
Phil, K5PC
