There is a 90% schematic, with notes, on my website. It might give 
you some troubleshooting ideas. The 10% that's left out is the RF 
input and output circuitry and switching. The power supply stuff 
is pretty complete. You might want to look for a problem with the 
interlock circuitry, or with the wiring for the power switch, all 
of which runs through the Molex connectors from the power supply 
to the RF deck. Also look for burned circuit traces at the points 
noted on the schematic.
