Hallicrafters HT-33 puts out 625 watts from a pair of them with 8 watts 
of drive according the the manual.
Do you have a pair with sockets and spares?  They use a similar, but 
much smaller version similar to the socket used on the 4CX-1000. They 
might be a bit hard to find.  Sockets and tubes do show up occasionally.
If a tad over 625 watts and low drive power requirements fit your need 
and you have tubes and sockets available I'd go for it.
