[Amps] Plate Transformer Identification

I recently acquired a plate transformer and I'm trying to find the 
specifications for it.

This only info I can find printed on it.

The transformer weighs around 200 Lbs, so I'm thinking

I also have a choke with these numbers/letters printed on it.
