Any 800 - 1000 V 5A N-channel high-voltage MOSFET should work,
such as the IRFPF40 or IRFPF50 from International Rectifier.

Hi to the group.
Anyone know where I can get a STP5NB100 - MOSFET, as per the Tetrode
board
by Ian, GM3SEK?
Farnell no longer stocks this item and further searches doesn't bring
anything up.
Anyone got a couple going spare? Or know where I can get two from?
