[Amps] Macaw PRM-1 manual

Does anyone on the Amps list have a manual and schematic for a Macaw PRM-1 watt 
meter?
I ended up with one that works fine in average but when "peak" is selected, it 
just pegs
the needle no matter what. I would gladly pay for copying and postage.
