[Amps] changing a Commander HF2500E to a vacum relay and a quieter blower

Does anyone have any information about changing the relay on a Commander 
HF2500E to a vacuum relay like a pair of RJ1A's or something like that. Also 
does anyone know about changing out the blower from the Dayton that they come 
with to something quieter?
