Assuming it was built correctly, it already covers 10 meters, but
there is a wire which shorts out the 10 meter input circuit. Look
carefully at the schematic and you will see it. Just cut that wire and
you are off and running. As I recall, it is on the bandswitch.

When I built mine I recognized the purpose of the wire and just left
it out to begin with.
