Jim has been a scofflaw forever, at least for the couple of years I
have been reading his illegal-amp drivel on various reflectors. He
always points to bad behavior by others as justification for his own.

Fortunately his ilk is rare in our hobby. Nearly all hams recognize
the rationale for power limits and obey the rules. Jim thinks rules
are for other people, not him.

He is a detriment to ham radio and I hope the Canadian authorities
nail him to the wall one of these days.
