I have come into a pair of these tubes, which appear to be private-labeled 3CX800A7s. They are obviously used. I stuck them in my Titan 425 to see how they work. They seem to need about half as much drive as the tubes they replaced, but draw a lot more grid current than I'm used to. What can anyone tell me about these tubes? 73, Jim K9YC _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps |
