[Amps] Moto MRF-150's out of Hong Kong on eBay

I've noticed a bunch of auctions for MRF-150 power transistors recently on
eBay.  The ads depict parts made by Motorola, claim that the parts are new,
and are all coming out of Hong Kong.  The sellers seem to have very good
feedback scores, and the prices are under $30 per part (cheap, new MACOM
parts are around $40 in low quantity).

Does anyone know where these parts are coming from, or anything else about
them?  Has anyone ordered some and tested them?
