All, I apologize for this request, it may be a bit like 'what is your favourite food'. It is not meant to be that wide open, here goes: I am interested in experimenting with fast switching mosfets with the goal of building a legal limit mosfet linear. It would be perfectible if there were a couple of steps in this process. Is there a good source of high efficiency mosfet designs? I am interested in the principals and perhaps board layout.
