[Amps] Amplifier Repair Help needed in Philadelphia<<<<<<<<

Hi All..

My friend in Philadelphia is looking for someone within driving distance That 
would be able to repair his HF Amplifier.
He doesn't know much about amplifiers other than how to use it.
He said it was working fine one day and the next time it blew the primiary 
fuse.  
It is about 5 years old.
He is not a member of this group but if you would let me know if you can help I
