Q1... Wot bleed resistor current should I aim fer with 7Kv with 20mf of cap ?
that would be max DC voltage, but is Vari controlled es normal voltage  
would be abt 5500VDC.. Amp is class C ..control grid driven 500v on  
screen..

Q2... Rating fuses/ circuit breakers.. 7kv * 1amp =7000va (w) SO 7000W  
/240V =29.1A
SO IF USING MOTOR START BREAKER OF 30Amp WOULD THAT BE GOOD ENOUGH?
motor start breaker fer inrush current.. but would be ramped up with Varic..

Q3... Has anyone tried making "Very HV" fuses by placing fuse wire  
into ceramac or fiber glass tube filled with sand ??
