[Amps] Looking for Big P-band Amplifier

At my work, we are looking to rent or buy a high power (4 to 6KW peak) 
amplifier that operates in the 280 to 440 MHz range or some subset of 
that range (preferably the high end). The amplifier can be a pulsed type 
(50 to 100us RF pulses) with a low-duty (1% would be okay). The catch is 
we need it NOW, so we don't have time for someone to design and build 
something.

I am in Southern California.
