hello group,
i need to change my flapper style caps in a dual gs-35b 2m amplifier. i
was looking at the common russian seen here
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vacuum-Variable-Capacitor-4-100pF-5kV-10kV-New-in-Box-/151008917961?pt=US_Radio_Comm_Antennas&hash=item2328d539c9
i have used them with success on sic meters. but i had not noticed the
cutoff frequency. any suggestions. or should i maybe use standard air
variables. my plate is only at 2800 volts and my input is around 3800
watts or so.
