Hi there, I've read in a recent topic about using from 50 to 200ohm swamp resistor in a 4CX1500B amp. What would be practical benefits about moving from 50 to 200ohm? Would less driving power be needed as voltage is doubled? Do you suggest any particular toroid and turns value for having a smooth and broad response curve from 1.8 to 30MHz? 73 Felipe PY1NB _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps |
