The current density on the centre pin of an N connector running 1kW at 432 is 
enormous. Skin depth in thousands of an inch is 2.6 divided by the sq. root of 
the frequency in MHz, or 1.25 times 10E-3 thousands of an inch at 432. The 
current reduces as an exponential function, and one usually reckons on at least 
5 skin depths  and preferably ten to get a negligible current.
