Paul, the usual place to connect B+ is at a point of minimum rf  voltage.
 
Depending on the design, a stripline could be 1/4 wavelength, 1/2  
wavelength or 3/4 wavelength. This is the electrical length and a good part of  
the 
electrical length is inside the tube and tune C. 
 
Typically the B+ is fed through an rf choke. It helps minimize interaction  
between the choke and stripline if the choke is positioned 90 degrees from 
the  stripline.

stripline?  I've seen a couple designs where it is connected close to the  
tube, others where it is half way down  the strip line.
