[Amps] RF Probe

I am in need of an r.f. probe for my Hewlett-Packard HP-3406A r.f. sampling 
voltmeter.  Any of these HP part numbers will work:

03406-62103
Not a boat anchor.  However, I do use it to work on boat anchors and amplifiers.
Also, any parts list would be appreciated.  I do have the schematic.  However, 
no identification of the parts are indicated.  Glen, K9STH
