  EIMAC 4X150A/7034 have same specifications as a 4CX250B.
The characteristic curves are identical. The only real difference is that the 
insulator between plate and screen ring is glass and not ceramic. So it would
probably be best to give them a little extra cooling if you are pushing them.
  There are several different 4X150A tubes. Not all are 7034.

Guess at 2X the plate dissipation (Max)...  2 X300 = 600.

Build it so, later, you can plug in 4x250's or 350's.
