It does take some time for the file to download all 23-pages. However, they are still blank! I am going to try direct from the repeater builder site and see what happens.

It works here, but took a while for the pages to load.  It shows the
relatively flat frequency response across the design rang with the roll
off outside that range in db with the caveat that the elements may
respond to harmonica and sub harmonics.
