Lets hope the people who engineer and launch such a system understand the difference between a decent social ragchew with a few pictures exchanged, and a DX contact - specifically the difference of about 50uV in signal level.

A lot of groundstation work needs to be done in the 1.3 - 10GHz microwave bands with regard to automated antenna and doppler tracking, and then the time will be right for 200uV+ megabit links and fully solid wideband audio.
