findchips.com is a good site.  I use it at work all the time.

Another one is octopart.com

The name is Find Chips but it works for any electronic part. It
searches the database of many suppliers and lists them along with
price and quantity on hand.

It does not cover ALL suppliers of course, but it can be a great help.
I've been using it for years.
