I think 1-10 db, in 1 db increments.

They are on EBay. Bought a 3 and 4 db 100 watt unit a few weeks ago.

This is the latest german made SS amp, fully built.
Reinhard DH3NAB will be at Xenia with
demo units. Booth 6506 in Bldg 6.

http://rf-kit.de/en/

It uses a pair of LDMOS devices...which can be
BLF188XR; BLF578; MRFE6VP61K25

2.5 kw out. Auto tuner. The end user no longer has to supply his
own set of LP filters. They now supply the heavy duty LP filters.
160-6 m.... including 30, 17, 12m. Aprx $3k.

1.5 watts of drive = 1.5 kw out.
3 watts of drive = 2.5 kw out.

Also comes with built in switching supply. With the low drive requirements on these latest SS amps, you really dont require any more than a 10 watt xcvr, then just add whatever final pa power level external amp you desire, for your application.

Have fun trying to get 1.5 watts out of your typ 100-200 watt xcvr. Heck, even the 11m ops, with their 5 w cxr ... 20-25 w pep out cb rigs will be able to drive the crap out of any of these SS amps. 20-25 watts was ample to drive the palstar, qro, etc, amps with the 2 x 4CX-800 / GU-84B
flat out.

Even the ameritron AL-600 can be driven with as little as 7.5 watts...after the oem attenuator is removed. Too bad henry radio stopped selling their 35 / 50 /100 watt pads, that could be bought in anything from
I think 1-10 db, in 1 db increments.

OM power sells a splitter combiner unit so you can drive 3 of their big amps..then combine their outputs.
