[Amps] S-QSK Lite Sequencer

Some of you may have an interest in a new 2x4 sequencer board I recently
designed.  It's a "lite" version of my S-QSK sequencer that appeared in the
2014 edition of the ARRL Handbook.  The boards won't be commercially
produced but I've made the Gerber art files available.  More info on my QRZ
