[Amps] SB-221 repair person in CA

I have a 90 year old friend who has a SB-221 that is acting up.  Does
anyone know of a repair person in the San Francisco/Central CA area?  The
amp is in Visalia, CA.  We could likely hand deliver the amp if it's close
enough.
