If you mean the next solar max, then I disagree. I would say that the solar
doldrums would be the best time for big scores in ARRL from Central America.
The exception would be novice enhancement on 10 meters phone, which I suppose
would requre just enough spots to support propagation from C.A. to the US on 10
(i.e. not really a lot of spots).
