CQ WW multi-single band changes

   Just read OT6T's discussion of using CT9.02 for multi-single.

   Didn't K3EST say something earlier this year here on Internet, that in the
future the 10min rule was going to be enforced as "10 minutes from the first
QSO made on the new band"???

   If my memory is right, then OT6T needs to re-evaluate their operating
strategy in light of the new situation.
