Subject: Power Assisted Climbing

If there is a safe way to power-winch a human up a tower while practicing
any sort of standard safety techniques, I don't know of one.  Seems to me
that any sort communication problem with the winch operator and you could 
be history in seconds.  I would be very interested in how-to and success
stories in this area.
