have to supply it your self.

Antenna: 75m 2 element loaded yagi at 130ft
40m 3 element loaded yagi at 85ft

HIGHLIGHT: Obviously, we enjoyed 75m and 10m most. 10m was pleasant
surprise but we were prepared for it. We enhanced the antenna from 5
to 7 elements and dedicated the top notch 10m specialist. We also
enhanced the 75m antenna from loaded dipole to loaded yagi. Thanks
AB6ZV and N6BT for cooperation. We saw smile on 75m operator's face
for the first time. We also solved inter-band interference
problem. Thanks N6CQ for the hint of diode hunting.
NOT ENOUGH: 40m was really tough and frustrating as usual. We missed
lots of Q's on 20m and 15m. Two of our members were forced to cancel
their Monday off by merciless Japanese Electric Giants and could not
operate full-time. Had Japanese economy suddenly begun to recover just
before our precious CQ WW?
THE NIGHT BEFORE: There were only three operators at Mt.RF. JH4NMT had
gone to bed first as he had to run 15m at the opening. JH3PRR brought
Digiboard which had just begun to work with the kind help of KY1H and
K1EA, set up CT network with JF4FUF spending all night, hacked
MASTER.DTA, and went to bed two hours before contest. JF4FUF did all
the jobs installing and checking CT. Nobody knows when JF4FUF took a
sleep. Too hectic, eh?
MISSING MEMBERS: Three of our members left Japan this summer. JE3MAS
is now in 6Y and supposed to be helping people (not hacking PED nor
calling CQ contest!). JR4ISF is studying MATH in U.S. (writing papers
instead of logs.) JH3DPB spent two months in W6 and came back just a
week before the contest with K6UMB.
ALL IN ALL: Our station was in good balance and excellent harmony (not
harmonics) and we enjoyed the contest very much. Lots of interesting
things had happened this year before contest which we might be able to
share someday. 73 for now and see you all in coming CW on every band!
