Look at the README.TXT file to understand the other files. It is somewhat
cryptic, but can be deciphered with some patience and tenacity. Have fun!

hmmm I have been so busy I totally forgot about SS. Gee, and still no beam,
or decent receiver... guess I'll putter along in the littler than lil-gun
bracket. One of these days I'll actually get that Yagi up, but in the mean
time I am still having fun in what few contests I can get into. Which, I
believe is the point of it all.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to win one, but as long as I am still finding
it fun I aint gonna lose too much sleep over that.

Hi!
I would like to thank everybody who reflected opinions about the rules of the
Ukrainian DX Contest. We agree that the date of the contest is not the best.
5 years ago when we just started to create the rules, the date was the 3rd
weekend of November, but IARU reg.1 Contest Committee strictly recommended to
change the date and suggested the 1st weekend of November.(What'd you've done!)
So, the rules as it is. However, we are going to discuss this question during
the UCC Conference'97 and maybe the date will be changed. Anyway, I'd like one
more time to invite you guys to participate in the Ukrainian DX Contest this
year!
