Are you using a pre-1995 (or so) CTY file? Within the last couple of
years, the FCC redefined some prefixes (such as KH7, KL-other than 7,
and KP3). Prior to that date, those prefixes (except KH7, which was
Kure) were undefined; that is they read out as plain old W/K. If you
don't have an up-to-date CTY file, try getting one, or at the very
least, edit the one you have to include KP3 for P.R.
I don't know for sure, but that may be your problem.
