You should have no problem with RG11. Using bigger
stuff is harder to work with and the connectors get
expensive. If you're really worried, use the 70 ohm
stuff AFTER (on either side) the T connector and then
each section will only see 750 watts (if zero loss on
the way there). Besides, CQWW, ARRL 10, and ARRL DX
are in the COLD season in 9 land which increases the
T rating. :-)
