Wouldn't it be nice if the contest program gave an effective rate for
contests where the QSO point distribution is different for the low bands?
Switchable of course to regular old rate.
Last 10 QSO's: 450 Points X Mults
Last 100 QSO's: 4500 Points X Mults
This number looks meaningless at first, but when you stare it for a weekend
it becomes very valuable.
